Kyle is currently based in New York after spending many years in Boston.  He is known primarily for his landscape paintings and portraiture.

Kyle has worked for over 16 years as a mural and studio artist for Thomas Street Studios, Bartlett Fine Art and independently. He has designed, restored, and executed murals, commissioned paintings and portraits for numerous establishments including: The Capital Grill (numerous locations), Heartland Brewery (NYC), The Wequassett Inn (Chatham, MA), Foxwoods Casino (CT), The Christmas Tree Shops, and many churches and homes throughout the country.

Kyle's approach to painting can be described as realist, impressionist, and tonalist, as he draws insight from all of these genres. As an avid outdoorsman, much of Kyle's art focuses on open spaces. The play of light in sky, on water, landscape and cityscape continues to be a constant source of inspiration for Kyle.
